As the Exam Officer, you will be responsible for managing the administration and organization of both internal and external examinations in the school. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of all exam processes, from registration to results, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance with exam regulations.

The successful candidate will have experience working with examination boards and understanding of exam processes and knowledge of JCQ regulations and experience in adhering to exam board guidelines. In addition they will have  strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during exam seasons

About Chigwell School

Chigwell School is an independent, mixed, Church of England all-through day and boarding school for four to 19-year-olds,  located in Chigwell, Essex. The school has just over 1060 pupils.

The school can trace its history back to 1629, when it was founded originally as a boys’ school. It is run as an educational charity, overseen by a board of governors who are also trustees of that charity.
