We are looking to appoint a highly organised and detail orientated Exams Administrator to join our team at North Chadderton School and Sixth Form. In this role, you will work closely with the Exams Officer providing vital support to ensure the smooth administration of examinations throughout the academic year. You will assist with overseeing the preparation and coordination of exam logistics including making appropriate arrangements for the support of candidates with special examination requirements.

This is a new role so is a great opportunity to really have an impact. To succeed in this rewarding role, you will be someone who is well organised, has excellent attention to detail, is a great communicator and able to use your own initiative to prioritise and organise conflicting ongoing and immediate demands. Some knowledge of exam processes may be an advantage however if you thrive in a busy environment we want to hear from you.

The role requires full availability during key exam periods and results days. Flexibility during the exam seasons would be helpful as earlier morning starts and/or longer days may be required.
