Executive Assistant

We’re seeking an exceptional individual to join a small, dedicated team within the CEO’s office, delivering proactive and professional Executive Support services to the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide an effective and efficient personal assistant role to the Executive Team including secretarial, clerical and administrative support
· Schedule a wide variety of meetings and events
· Manage and handle agendas, papers, reports and presentations.
· Build and maintain relationships and liaise effectively with the College’s internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team and wider SLT
· Support and deputise for the Senior EA (PA) to the Chief Executive & Principal as required
