The Opportunity
We are working with Chefs in Schools to employ a new catering team at London Academy. This has created
an exciting opportunity for an Executive Head Chef who will lead on developing, implementing and
continuously improving the culinary vision for the Academy. We have three service areas across the site in
addition to daily community, or “family-style”, lunch, and feed well in excess of 1,000 students and staff every
day.
London Academy hosts a significant number of events throughout the year, from large internal meetings to
parent events to educational visits and conferences. Our vision is for the quality of the catering for these
events, as well as for our students and staff, to match the quality of the education we offer.
We offer fantastic facilities, the opportunity to build a team, and financial support to design menus and service
which are genuinely exceptional.
