The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Executive Headteacher who will continue to drive the strategic vision and development of our Federation of schools whilst also celebrating and promoting the uniqueness of both settings.

An effective leader who embodies the values and vision [for both schools] and can inspire and motivate staff and children. You should have a proven track record of leadership and a commitment to educational excellence for all.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

·        Experience as a Primary Headteacher with a sustained record of school improvement and effective management of funding and resources.

·        The skills, attitude and ability to lead, inspire and motivate others to a high level.

·        Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with all members of the schools’ stakeholders.

·        Evidence of strategic planning ability with a positive and flexible attitude to challenge and change.

·        The ability to manage two schools, balance their needs fairly, building on existing strengths and developing areas requiring improvement.

·        A caring and supportive ethos in line with the Christian distinctiveness of Chadsmoor Juniors as a Church of England school and Chadsmoor Infants and Nursery as a Community school.
