BOA Trust is a distinctive Multi-Academy Trust based in Birmingham City Centre. The Trust has grown out of the success of our first academy, BOA Creative, Design and Performing Arts (BOA CDPA) and has 2 further academies now part of the Trust; BOA Stage and Screen Production and BOA Digital Technologies.
BOA Trust is seeking to appoint a finance assistant to work under the direction and guidance of senior staff to provide general clerical, administrative and financial support across all three academies and subsidiary company. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies in Birmingham working with the Acting CFO and Finance team to administer the finances of the Academy Trust.
Effective communication skills are required together with the ability to work well under pressure.
We are keen to attract proactive individuals with good IT skills who can meet deadlines and complete tasks to the highest standards. You will have strong organisational skills, experience of dealing with young people and have attention to detail. Financial experience is desired by not essential.
This role will be up to 30 hours per week Term time only plus 2 weeks plus INSET days. Working hours will be worked over 5 days and the hours worked per day to be discussed during interview.
