Job overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Support Officer, ideally with an educational background, to join our positive, friendly Finance team. The post will largely involve the financial administrative work supporting our community lets in the Sports Centre. In addition, there are a wide range of financial administration and accounting tasks to include: order processing; preparation of invoices; receipt of income; recovery of bad debts; Parent Pay management and banking processes.

This is a part-time position, working 25-30 hours per week, term time plus 6 days. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, highly organised team player, have accurate financial skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ideally possess knowledge of finance systems. They must have good communication skills (email, telephone and face-to-face customer service).
