Applications are welcomed from dynamic and inspirational Leaders, who wish to make a difference by safeguarding, raising standards and improving the life chances, behaviour and levels of attainment for some of the most vulnerable students whose previous educational experience, for whatever reason, has not been positive.

We are interested in candidates that are outstanding leaders and have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with staff and students, whilst setting challenging goals that motivate and foster continued improvement.

We are an Independent Special Needs day school for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties, Autistic Spectrum disorder and other complex needs. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and are placed by a wide range of local authorities. Typically, the pupils placed at our school have had significantly disrupted educational journey's.

We wish to appoint a qualified, passionate, enthusiastic and visionary leader with experience of managing provision for vulnerable youngsters, either in schools or homes. The successful candidate will have QTS with induction, have a thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures and have exceptional organisational skills. 

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of monitoring progress through use of data and assessment information and good managerial and organisational skills. You will have an excellent understanding of how to design bespoke packages for children with a variety of complex needs. The successful post-holder must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with children, staff and parents.
