Head of Secondary
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled, passionate, and dynamic professional to join our Senior Leadership Team as a full-time Head of Secondary, starting in August 2025.
Essential requirements:
- Education – Educated to degree level
- Qualified teacher status (Ed.M., PGCE, QTS or Teacher credential)
- At least three years of relevant experience at senior leadership level in a similar school

Suitable candidates will:
- Provides leadership and direction in the Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 overseeing the development and delivery of education at the highest standards
- Day-to-day management, organization and administration of the Secondary School
- Contributes to the marketing of the Secondary School to the local and wider communities in an international context
- Lead the Professional Development Process for Secondary School Staff
- Manages staff performance of the Secondary School Team, and develops a culture of professional respect, learning and high performance

Successful candidates will first participate in a virtual interview with the school leadership team during the week beginning February 9th. Shortlisted candidates may then be invited to a second, in-person interview, which is scheduled to take place in Mexico during the week beginning February 23rd.
