Our current Headteacher is retiring at the end of this academic year, so Hadleigh Community Primary School is looking to appoint a passionate, dedicated and inspiring leader to join our school community.

About Us:

Hadleigh is a vibrant market town in South Suffolk, within easy commuting distance from Ipswich, Colchester, Sudbury and the A12/A14 corridor. Hadleigh Community Primary has a rich history, it was built in 1904 and today is a school at the heart of our community. We are a large school with a pan of 78 per year group and an onsite Nursery. Our dedicated and talented staff, together with motivated and well behaved children, create a vibrant, inclusive and happy environment. Here, pupils have the best opportunities to learn, develop, feel challenged, supported and achieve their potential.

The Role:

We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Headteacher to lead our school into its next chapter. As Headteacher, you will be responsible for working with the governing board and leading the Senior Leadership Team in shaping the strategic direction of the school, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Confident and proven leadership experience in a primary school setting.
