Housekeeper

Sketchley Hall School are recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our support team! We are looking for passionate people to make sure our sites are safe and comfortable, whilst covering all aspects of housekeeping. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the homes and will have a flexible approach and be able to respond quickly to requests for assistance.

As a valued part of our dedicated team, you will maintain a high standard of housekeeping throughout the school. This involves general cleaning duties, restocking dispensers and ordering supplies to ensure the school is clean, tidy and a safe environment for our students and staff.

The following skills would be of benefit to the role:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or site cleaning position.
• A good knowledge of COSHH and health and safety in the workplace, however training will be provided.
• You will be organised, adaptable and thorough in your approach to work.

There is some flexibility in terms of start time, but it is envisaged that the successful candidate would be available either at the start or end of the school day, in order to minimise disruption to our student's learning.
