Job overview

We are actively seeking an outstanding, detail-oriented, and dedicated iSAMS Administrator to manage and optimize the school’s Management Information System (MIS). This is a critical back-office role that ensures the smooth operation of iSAMS, enabling seamless communication, data management, and system support across all departments. While not a teaching role, the iSAMS Administrator plays a vital part in supporting the school’s mission by providing the robust data infrastructure necessary for a modern educational environment.

Our educational initiative represents a groundbreaking project aimed at redefining how data management systems support teaching, learning, and school operations in the twenty-first century. We envision a dynamic digital ecosystem where accuracy, efficiency, and innovation are integral to achieving academic and operational excellence.

As the iSAMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective management of the iSAMS platform, ensuring accurate and secure data, supporting users, and driving system improvements to meet the evolving needs of students, educators, and administrative staff. This includes maintaining system integrity, customizing modules, generating reports, and providing training and technical support to staff.

If you are passionate about leveraging MIS platforms to enhance school operations, resilient in managing complex data systems, and driven by a commitment to operational excellence, we invite you to submit your updated CV and reach out for more information. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a transformative journey and contribute to a vision that supports future generations through innovative data management solutions.

Safeguarding Commitment

Hamdan Bin Zayed School is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the protection and welfare of all students. We hold ourselves to a high standard of effective recruiting procedures related to child protection. All successful candidates are required to submit a recent criminal background check from their home country and/or country of residence. Prior to employment, a minimum of two satisfactory references will be required, at least one of which should be from a senior leader in your most recent role.
