IT and Ed Tech Manager

We are currently searching for a dedicated IT and Ed Tech Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

·       Embrace and encourage the ethos, values, culture, and standards of excellence of the (Un) School.

·       Design and set up the IT infrastructure and systems for the school, and once established, maintain and fine tune them to ensure that they are fit for purpose and of an exceptional standard.

·       Respond positively to all requests for IT assistance and act proactively to ensure that all learners and staff always have quality IT solutions that meet their needs.

·       Design and deliver best-in-class project-based learning experiences for educators, learners and parents alike.

·       Guide the Principal on IT strategy and technologies for the school moving forward.

·       Continually keep abreast of developments in technology and AI and put forward recommendations as to how new ideas may be incorporated into the school in innovative ways.

·       Develop learning experiences in both Arabic and English and maintain platforms in both languages.

·       Work with children and the community on a wider level to promote understanding of the most forward thinking IT related innovations.

Requirements

·        Fluent in both English and Arabic.

·       Extensive experience in designing innovative IT solutions.

·       Previous experience in providing IT solutions in a forward thinking and dynamic educational setting would be advantageous.
