Job overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Languages Assistant with a deep understanding of current affairs in the French/Spanish speaking worlds as well as fluency in French and/or Spanish. In this role, you will collaborate closely with subject teachers to support GCSE and A Level pupils in conversation classes. Your primary focus will be to help pupils excel in their speaking examinations, building their confidence and fluency in French and/or Spanish. While you’ll have access to past papers and practice materials to familiarise pupils with the exam format, you will also be encouraged to bring creativity to your lessons, tailoring activities to best meet the needs of your pupils. A strong command of grammar and a wide-ranging vocabulary are essential for success in this role.

The position entails a total of eighteen hours for French and thirteen hours 45 minutes for Spanish.
