Hours: 37.5 hours Term Time Only + 5 days
Salary: S22 - S26 FTE (FTE of £27,027 - £30,099) Actual £24,831 - £27,525

Purpose of the role
Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and as such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional and experienced learning support leader to join us in our mission.
Details of the role
You will be joining a growing team providing support to individual students who need help to become the best version of themself. You will play a vital role, working in partnership with teachers, and the Leadership Team to ensure that SEND interventions optimise learning opportunities for identified individuals. You will take on expertise in the area of SEMH. You will run interventions for pupils in this area, manage a small team of Learning Support Assistants and work closely with teachers and families to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
