Learning Support Assistant required

This small friendly and inclusive Catholic Academy is seeking to appoint to the role of Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant. You will join a dedicated, hardworking and friendly team, who strive to provide the very best for our students.

Previous experience of working within a school environment would be an advantage, a genuine interest in working amongst young people is essential. 

This an exciting time to join St Augustine. Our school has recently undergone an Ofsted inspection which moved us out of special measures we are proud to be on a journey of steep improvement, supported by our Catholic Multi Academy Trust

30 hours per week TT + 5 days (working hours to be agreed)

Grade and Level are dependent upon experience

Level 1 TA - will be paid at (Scale 3 - 4 pro rata £22,737.00 - £23,114.00 FTE)*

Level 2 TA – will be paid at (Scale 5 - 6 pro rata £23,500.00 - £23,893.00 FTE)*

Level 3 TA – will be paid at (Scale 7 – 11 pro rata £24,294.00 – £25,979.00 FTE)*

*plus SEN allowance for suitably qualified applicants
