Marketing Recruitment Manager – Rugby School

Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional with a passion for education? Rugby School is looking for a dynamic Marketing Recruitment Manager to lead our student recruitment initiatives and drive our marketing efforts to the next level.

As the Marketing Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our student recruitment strategies. This involves supporting the admissions team, creating compelling marketing assets, developing comprehensive communication plans, and analysing campaign effectiveness. Your efforts will directly contribute to attracting talented students to our esteemed institution.

Responsibilities:

·       Recruitment Management: Develop and implement annual marketing plans to boost brand awareness, student recruitment, and staff recruitment. Support recruitment events and collaborate closely with the admissions team.

·       Asset Creation: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials that align with Rugby School’s brand guidelines.

·       Communication Planning: Craft and execute engaging communication plans across digital, print, and social media platforms.

·       Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyse recruitment campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

·       Multi-Channel Marketing: Oversee public relations, social media strategy, paid digital marketing campaigns, and production of promotional materials.

·       Strategic Planning: Develop long-term marketing and recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with the school’s goals.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

·       Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualification.

·       Experience: Proven experience in a marketing or recruitment role, preferably within an educational setting.

·       Skills: Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.

·       Attributes: Creative thinker, highly organized, collaborative team player, and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
