THE JOB
· Undertake subject teaching responsibility and ensure all pupils develop their knowledge and skills and make good progress in their learning
· Work with the Head Teacher and Leadership team to deliver a sequenced curriculum which builds knowledge and skills towards agreed end points
· Effectively monitor the progress of each pupil, checking their understanding systematically and effectively, putting in place clearly directed and timely intervention

THE PERSON
· Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) preferred but consideration will also be given to education professionals with other teaching qualifications
· A passion for working with pupils with SEN and a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties
· The ability to deliver lessons that are informative, interesting and inspiring
· A dedication to positive behaviour management
· Committed to continual professional development

WORKING HOURS
8.45am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday
SALARY
