Midday Assistant

Start Date: January 2025

Contract Type: Temporary – 1 year

Scale: Grade 2.3 – 2.4

Salary: £27,729 - £28,125

Actual Salary: £3,228 - £3,274

Hours: 5 hours per week (FTE: 11.64%)

Mon – Fri (12.15pm – 1.15pm)

38 weeks per year (term time)

Job Purpose:

Acting as part of a team, to take care and control of all the pupils on the school premises during the lunch break between the morning and afternoon teaching sessions.

You will:

·        Share our passion and commitment to building great learning communities for our pupils

·        Have excellent communication skills

·        Be professional, approachable and caring

·        Have first aid knowledge preferred but not essential

·        Enjoy working with children (experience preferred but not essential)

·        Work as part of a team
