About the role

Are you passionate about online education and eager to lead a dynamic team in a rapidly growing organisation? EFI is seeking an innovative Online Programme Manager to report directly to the Director of Academic Excellence. This pivotal role will place you at the heart of our ambitious growth plans, where you will provide day-to-day management and leadership to our Online Curriculum Delivery Team, including Online Group Leads and the Online Digital Coordinator.

The Online Programme Manager will work for the majority of the time remotely and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of curriculum quality and performance of teaching and learning to deliver the best possible student experience and outcomes. The role will be responsible for the development of the Online education development across the EFI Group which includes the Fashion Retail Academy, EFI Training and London College of Beauty Therapy.


About you

  • You will have a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification and a professional qualification or degree in a relevant specialist subject or equivalent professional experience.
  • You will have current knowledge of the fashion retail landscape and a comprehensive understanding of current policies and quality enhancements in the Further Education and Higher Education sector.
  • You will have demonstrable experience in impactful learning and teaching methodologies, including online innovation and new technologies.
  • You will have a proven track record of outstanding online teaching practices and experience supporting students with barriers to learning.
  • You will have excellent planning, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • You will have advanced communication and IT skills, including digital and data management and be competent in analysis and report writing.
  • You will have management experience and the ability to motivate and inspire an outstanding teaching team
  • You will have an innovative and open-minded approach to online curriculum development and planning


Please note that this role is a remote / online position, however there will occasionally be times that you are required on-site at the EFI (London, Liverpool Street) for CPD and training.

Salary:

From £41,400 to £46,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
