Serlby Park Academy are looking to appoint a Pastoral Officer to join our academy in November 2024 or sooner if possible, on a temporary basis, part time basis.

Your new role

As a Pastoral Officer, you will provide high quality pastoral support across the academy, maintaining accurate behaviour records and working with others to ensure appropriate plans and strategies are in place to support behaviour management and the provision of a continuous positive learning environment. You will provide a positive image of the academy in all dealings with parents/carers, visitors and outside agencies.

Hours: 15 hours per week / Term Time Only (38 weeks)

Serlby Park Academy is a 3-16 all through school located in Bircotes and Harworth, a small village within easy access of the A1. Children aged 3 – 16 learn together in one purpose built building with brand new facilities.
