Are you passionate about supporting young people and creating a positive learning environment? Join our dedicated Student Services team as a Pastoral Welfare and Behaviour Officer!

About the Role:

  • Provide effective pastoral care to enable outstanding student welfare and behaviour
  • Act as first point of contact for students seeking assistance, keeping accurate records
  • Support high standards of uniform, behaviour and positive interactions
  • Oversee internal/external exclusion administration and reintegration meetings
  • Lead on Pastoral Support Plans and Behaviour Profiles for an assigned year group
  • Liaise with Pastoral Leaders to track interventions and celebrate positive behaviour
  • Allocate students to the Reflection Room and support exit resolutions
  • Assist during exams and school events to ensure smooth operations
