Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Term Time

Salary: Up to £32k per annum

Start Date: January 2025

You will be joining our thriving and supportive Physical Education team. The successful candidate will be able to enthuse and motivate students with a passion for Physical Education. The candidate must have a dynamic teaching style, presence and an outgoing personality. You will have excellent subject knowledge and will be able to cultivate enthusiasm and enjoyment of the subject with a clear focus on student achievement.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is willing to contribute to the extensive co-curricular life of this excellent, happy and caring school
  • Can complete any relevant NQT/outstanding qualifications
  • Essential: Ability to teach PE and Games to various age groups in Pre- School, Pre-Prep and Prep School
  • Essential: Good work ethic and a sense of humour
  • Desirable: Experience delivering GCSE PE and Level 3 Sport qualifications in a classroom environment
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Netball, Fitness, Athletics and Football particularly, they will have a record of inspirational teaching across the Senior age range
  • Extra-curricular: To assist the HOD in arranging and delivering the school clubs and fixtures calendar
