An exciting opportunity has arisen at Fulbridge Academy for Performing Arts Specialists/HLTA to join our team from February 2025.

Our broad curriculum teaches academic and vocational subjects, promoting social and emotional development alongside reading, oracy, writing and maths. Our Physical Education, Performing Arts, Drama, Music Art, and Forest School staff are specialists in their subjects.
We are privileged to work with dedicated and enthusiastic staff, from teaching staff to support staff, who do their best every day to offer the highest level of education and support to the children in our care.

26 hrs per week (4 days)
Term time only
Monday to Thursday 8.30am- 3.30pm

Vacancy Description –
You will be working alongside the Performing Arts lead to deliver the following roles and responsibilities:
- Organise learning linked to local and national learning strategies and the Music national curriculum.
- Undertake assessments and observations of children within your area, providing detailed and regular feedback on achievements, progress, problems, etc.
- Adapt and deliver learning activities with individual children, or small groups, who would benefit from different learning approaches (as agreed).
- Encourage and promote inclusion and acceptance.
- Prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing of the children at all times.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with other staff, parents, and carers.
- Attend relevant meetings as required.
