The Subject Expert Teacher (SET) and Learning Enhancement Teacher (LET) partner to introduce ideas and ensure every student receives deep subject knowledge, personalized support, and appropriate engagement. 

As an Early Childhood Subject Expert Teacher, you help cultivate a joyful, rigorous learning environment rich in child-initiated play that inspires students to become enthusiastic, life-long learners. You implement a theme-based, hands-on curriculum that lays a strong foundation for children to build upon throughout their elementary years. 

You will also: 

  • Foster meaningful relationships with each student to ensure a personalized and successful learning trajectory 
  • Guide students in pursuing academic achievement, personal responsibility, and intellect 
  • Pursue continuous professional growth by participating in ongoing professional development, collaborating with colleagues, and staying informed on the latest educational techniques and best practices in your field 
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative school community 

Work Experience

Who They’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in your subject area (Elementary and Early Education degrees are also highly valued for Pre-K through Grade 5).
  • Experience: At least two years as the lead teacher in a classroom, a requirement for obtaining a working visa.
  • Collaboration: A team player eager to share and learn from colleagues worldwide.
  • High Standards: A commitment to maintaining and enhancing the rigor of international education.
