Whitehill is a large and vibrant primary academy that joined Trinity Multi Academy Trust in January 2024. We are committed to ensuring that Whitehill Community Academy is placed at the heart of its community whilst also relentlessly focused on delivering a world-class education to its pupils with a committed staff team.

Our aim is to ensure that every pupil at Whitehill from our youngest pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage through to our oldest pupils in Year 6 receive the very best teaching; an ambitious curriculum with significant enrichment and the support that they need to achieve their very best.

Our approach is centred on a culture of excellence with high expectations of both staff and pupils. The school rules of Ready, Respectful and Responsible are vital to our culture and run through everything that we do. The wellbeing and care of your children and our staff is our priority and we are focused on ensuring that Whitehill is a great place to be.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate and inspirational primary teacher who has excellent subject knowledge and is able to contribute to continued improvements in pupil progress. This role would suit:

  • Either an Early Career Teacher who is an excellent practitioner, or an experienced practitioner looking for a new challenge. 
  • Applications to all phases as we have the flexibility to offer the right candidate teaching in a year group that best matches their skills, experience and interests.

In January 2024, Whitehill Community Academy joined Trinity Multi Academy Trust, becoming the eleventh school in the Trust and the third primary school. This offers our team at Whitehill Community Academy the opportunity to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals from across the Trust, including Trinity Institute of Education and West Yorkshire Maths Hub. The Trust is also home to White Rose Education.
