Scale 3 Points 5-6 (FTE £23,500 - £23,893)

Working as part of a job share for 2 – 3 days a week to be agreed with successful candidate (Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00, term time only plus non-pupil days and up to 4-6 days  summer holiday working)

Closing Date: Midday Tuesday 15 October

A rare opportunity has arisen for the position of Receptionist at Colchester County High School for Girls.

The successful applicant will have a calm and professional manner, the ability to multi-task and liaise with students, parents and external agencies on a daily basis. The hours of work will be from 08.00 to 16.00, Monday to Friday.

About Colchester County High School for Girls

Colchester County High School for Girls is part of Alpha Trust.  It is a selective state school for academically able students aged from 11 to 18 years which consistently achieves public examination results at the highest level and Ofsted "Outstanding".  Admission to the school is via the 11+ examination in Year 7; the school also admits academic students to the Sixth Form.  The school is lead for the North East Essex Teaching School Alliance and Colchester Teacher Training Consortium is based on the site.  Situated a mile to the west of central Colchester, the school is set in its own extensive grounds on a large, quiet campus.
