Our school is looking for a highly professional and efficient individual who will create a warm and  welcoming environment in our reception area. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with all types of stakeholders, through telephone, email and face to face contact, and has the ability to effectively problem solve. 

Whether you are an experienced Receptionist or looking for a career change, you will be enthusiastic, hardworking and well organised.

This role is suitable for an individual who is resilient and enjoys working within a fast paced environment, working flexibly in line with changing demands. You will carry out a range of duties on a daily basis including answering and forwarding phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors, supporting parents and carers with any queries and providing overall excellent administrative support for the school.
