Job overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert support and guidance on school admissions, with a particular focus on in-year admissions. In this pivotal role, you will also support the management of key operational systems and assist with marketing initiatives to promote engagement and visibility across our Trust.

This post is offered on a one-year fixed term contract to support the development of the Trust.

As a hybrid role, you will work across our schools and remotely, with fortnightly on-site visits to our schools to build strong relationships and ensure effective delivery of responsibilities.

This is a varied and impactful position. You will:

  • Support the school admissions process across the Trust, ensuring compliance with statutory guidance.
  • Provide guidance and support to office managers and governors on admissions and systems.
  • Manage and develop the Trust’s Management Information System (MIS) and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient operation.
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the Trust and its schools, including social media content, website updates, and events.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about ensuring excellent communication and operational effectiveness.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Proven experience coordinating school admissions processes and familiarity with relevant statutory guidance.
  • Expertise in using and managing MIS or equivalent systems, with strong data analysis skills.
  • A good understanding of marketing principles, including social media and campaign planning.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.


Hours: 35 hours a week, 38 weeks a year
