(23 hours over 3 or 4 days per week / Term time only / Some flexibility with hours)

We have a vacancy for a School Counsellor and Mental Health Specialist who will provide a counselling service for students in Years 7-13, as part of our experienced counselling team. The post also includes time devoted to working closely with our collaborative, friendly and highly capable pastoral team, along with the wider school community, to use their expertise to promote mental and emotional health and well-being. This is therefore a fabulous role: varied, rewarding and very impactful. The successful candidate will be a team-player, an experienced counsellor, and be passionate about making a really positive difference in our school. They will need to perform duties within the codes of practice and ethics recommended by the BACP, UKCP or equivalent organisation.
