JOB OVERVIEW
Maple Walk is a warm, vibrant and successful coeducational independent primary school for children aged 4-11 in North West London, currently with 180 children on roll. The school was rated as Excellent in all areas by ISI in 2020. Working with the School Office Manager, the School, Office Assistant, will be responsible for undertaking administrative and organisational processes within the school.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Good written and verbal English
- Initiative and strong organisational skills,
- Prepared to do day to day tasks and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work efficiently and constructively within a small team
- Experience of the education sector would be helpful.
- Proficient in using IT systems & software packages, emails.
- Willingness to undergo training as required.
- Experience working with children, desirable, kind and flexible team player.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Operate relevant equipment/ ICT packages mainly Google Docs, Word, Excel, databases, spreadsheets and internet.
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and a clear DBS to be considered for the role.
