Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 3.30pm

Meridian Support Staff Grade 4 point 3 to 5

Actual salary £19,151.55 to £19,794.23 (FTE £22,737 to £23,500)

It is a very exciting time for North Cambridge Academy, we are growing in student numbers and expanding our team of support staff. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Science Technician who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. 

Responsible to the Curriculum Leader, the purpose of the role is to provide timely support to all teaching staff in the Science department. The post holder will prepare and provide all materials for lessons, ensure stock levels are maintained, ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, undertake administration tasks, cleaning of equipment and facilities and make regular checks of all art equipment.

The post holder will have daily contact with students therefore must have the ability to relate well to all young people.
