We are currently accepting applications for roles that will begin in August 2024. The school and its parent group are expanding and require talented and committed colleagues to join our schools.
Our secondary teachers deliver the National Curriculum in England using high level teaching, assessment and behavior management strategies in a stimulating and safe learning environment to ensure all children can access learning.

Our facilities are all situated close to the cosmopolitan capital, Kuwait City, with its multitude of eating, leisure and shopping opportunities and are just a 20-minute drive from Kuwait International Airport. EPG currently provides education from Early Years up to Year 10. The secondary school is currently offering IGCSE and expects to begin AS-Level provision following on from IGCSE. The school is BSO accredited, a member of COBIS, and has grown markedly over the pas t five years, both in student numbers and in its reputation for student care.

Job purpose
Deliver the National Curriculum in England/MOE curriculum using high level teaching, assessment and behavior management strategies in a stimulating and safe learning environment to ensure all children can access learning.
The successful candidate must:
• Hold a Bachelors in Education core subject Degree plus a postgraduate qualification in education (i.e. PGCE/GTP), with QTS
• Have experience in the UK or overseas, in a British or IB curriculum school
• Have a proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice
• Fluency in English language
• Have the ability to use IT to support teaching and learning
• Be able to engage, motivate and support children, staff and parents
• Be a reflective practitioner with the ability to think creatively and innovate
• Be a positive and enthusiastic member of the staffing community
• Be willing to be fully involved in extracurricular activities
Most importantly, the candidate should fully subscribe to the maxim that “all complex decision-making be based on what constitutes best practice for the child”.

EPG Secondary education for Key Stage 3 (11 to 14 year-olds) is hosted in a new, purpose built school on the Salwa campus. Specialist teachers provide a full range of subjects, following the National Curriculum for England alongside the Ministry of Education Curriculum, in anticipation of providing students with international certification in Key Stage 4. Students will progress to the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) in Key Stage 4 (15 and 16 year-olds) with the option to progress to Advanced Level Exams (A Level Exams) or international education opportunities.
EPG’s research-based methodology in delivering the curriculum, ensures that children have fun through active learning whilst building the skills they need for success in school and in life.
