Longfield Academy has an exciting opportunity for a SEN Administrator to join our dedicated and friendly team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our SEN provision, helping our students achieve their full potential.
As the face of our SEN provision, the successful candidate will excel in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and students alike. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your organisational and communication skills while playing a vital role in the daily life of our academy.
We’re looking for someone who:

- Loves building positive relationships, whether working with staff, students, parents/carers, or external agencies.
- Has a calm and confident communication style, ensuring information is conveyed clearly and interactions are handled with care and professionalism across all channels – face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
- Thrives under pressure, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Is passionate about providing excellent customer service, going above and beyond to support the needs of the SEN provision and the wider school community.

This is a fixed term position working 37 hours per week, term time + 1 week of inset and offers an actual salary of £20,347 per annum (£23,656 full-time equivalent), based on experience.

Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2024, our Trust comprises 33 geographically organised academies (17 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating more than 24,000 students and employing 4,000 talented staff.
