About the role

This is a full time, term time only position. We're looking for a SEN Teacher or Experienced SEN TA to join the team to support students with particular individual needs either on a one-to-one or small group basis. 

What you will be doing: 

• Assisting in the educational and social development of our pupils
• Providing support for students both inside and outside the classroom to enable them to be involved in all activities
• Supporting students with emotional or behavioural problems, helping them to develop their social skills
• Working with other professionals (e.g. speech therapists) as necessary
• Preparing displays supporting a positive learning environment 

What we're looking for:

• Experience with SEN 
• Experience working with children age 2 to 16
• Ability to work well at pace and under pressure
• Able to establish and maintain good professional relationships
• Work with a flexible approach to support other areas of the school when required
• Be able to work successfully with minimal supervision
