As a Learning Mentor, we provide full training to support our pupils. If your values align with ours and you have transferable skills from other areas, please contact us today.
Are you overworked, however you have a strong passion for supporting children with SEN?
Learning Mentors are not required to work when the school is closed, and Teachers do not have marking to do at home.
We also have a strong wellbeing programme to support staff.
There are career opportunities with us!
Many of our staff who started working as Learning Mentors have progressed into Senior Learning Mentor and Teaching roles, and so if career progression at an exceptional Special School is something that interests you, this is the School for you.
As a Learning Mentor, you will gain invaluable insights into the school’s inclusive ethos, curriculum, and dedication to bespoke support for every pupil. This experience will deepen your understanding of supporting children with special educational needs, and the importance of fostering a supportive learning environment.
