SENDCO (Part time 3 days a week)

Newbury Park Primary School is a large 4FE school serving a diverse multicultural community. We are focused on providing quality professional development for staff, through internal coaching and mentoring and collaborative school partnerships. We are looking for an experienced SENCO with a passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs to join our friendly and supportive team.

Qualifications and requirements:

• QTS or equivalent.
• Degree or equivalent.
• NASENCO qualification (or to be an experienced SENCo working towards this qualification).
• A strong commitment to raising educational attainment for children and young people with SEN.
• Effective, negotiation, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
