Job overview

Welcome to Archbishop Sumner Church of England Primary School. We are a creative and diverse school in the heart of Kennington, where children are equipped with skills and knowledge to thrive in all they do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised finance senior school administrator. The successful candidate will work Lambeth school’s financial support officer (once a week) and within our admin team to support the financial and HR needs of the school.

Archbishop Sumner CofE Primary school (ABS) is a Christian school, welcoming children and adults from all faiths and none. Our Christian values drive our determination to build a community within which children, families and adults thrive. Whilst candidates must be in sympathy with the aims of a Christian school, a Christian commitment is not essential.

Located in the heart of Kennington, we are close to both Kennington and Oval stations.

Your application form should be submitted by email to info@absprimary.school. The deadline for applications is 1500 on 14th November 2024.

Interviews will be held on 27th November 2024.

Lambeth Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and external agencies to share this commitment.

Successful candidates will be asked to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service. Further information about the disclosure can be found at www.gov.uk/dbs and in the recruitment pack.
