Independent Specialist School has a vacancy for a Site Manager

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week which includes every other Saturday (07:00-15:30) Core hours to cover from 07:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday. Shift pattern to be discussed.

Salary: Band 7 £32,512 - £34,654 (actual £34,680 - £36,954)

This is a permanent role.

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Site Manager at Undershaw Specialist School in Hindhead. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the overall management, maintenance and security of our school premises which includes two listed buildings and a swimming pool. You will lead and manage a small team of premises staff ensuring smooth daily operations of the school sites.

Skills required:

·        Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

·        Site management, facilities management or similar

·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·        A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude

·        Willingness to learn and develop skills

·        Ability to lead and manage a small team
