Sport at Rugby School is at an all-time high and we are looking to complement our department with a Sports Physiotherapist that shares our drive for sports provision. We have a significant number of elite and pathway players across hockey, cricket, rugby and tennis and this role is crucial in supporting our young athletes.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Sports Physiotherapist leading the Sports Scholars physiotherapy programme. The successful applicant will manage the delivery and development of physiotherapy support services to all sports scholars. Working collaboratively with the Athletic Development team, this position will underpin strategies to optimise athlete health and wellbeing to minimise time loss and maximise performance in training and competition.

The role is for a part-time (30hrs) or full-time (37.5hrs) member of staff who will work within the Sports department. Please state your preference (PT/FT) within your application. They will immerse themselves in life at a busy boarding school sports department and support throughout the week and on Saturday - matchdays.

 

The role is for between 30 and 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) and is for 32 weeks of the year. The hours are to be discussed at interview and will be dependent on potential other commitments of the successful candidate. Salary is based on qualification and experience.
