An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Student & Apprentice Services team.

 

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and fast paced working environment, delivering excellent services to a broad range of customers with a primary focus on dealing with course enquiries, applications and administering the college’s student bursary support fund.


Previous experience of working within an educational/training setting is essential, along with experience of delivering highly effective customer services to a range of customers. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are also key along with ability to meet tight deadlines.


You must be highly competent in the use of IT systems and Microsoft office packages and be proficient in understanding and analysing key data from a number of different sources to help inform profiling, recruitment and on boarding activities.
