About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to work within the Student Services team. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both students and staff.

Working within the guidelines of the academy policies and government guidelines and working closely with other team members to ensure that record keeping is completed accurately and in a timely manner, communicating daily with parents, carers and other school staff.

With a calm and sensitive manner, supporting students with a wide range of issues. Providing a high-quality service to the students such as first aid or wellbeing support, general queries, lost property, contacting parents/carers in addition to coordinating vaccinations at regular intervals and leading on the provision and update of Risk Assessments for students and staff based on their medical or mobility needs.

This is a very busy role with regular interruptions. Applicants must have excellent organisational, literacy and communication skills and experience using MS Office.

This is a fixed term role, ending on 31st August 2025

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3.30pm

Roles within the student services team are Term Time only.
