We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, skilled and dedicated teacher to teach Economics in our Senior School.
St George’s School is a small, community driven school which prides itself not only on the academic achievements of its students, but also their personal development into well-rounded and competent young adults. We deliver both a fast-paced, comprehensive and dynamic curriculum alongside a dedicated and diverse Enrichment programme focusing on the personal development of our students. Economics is a very popular A Level subject in our school and since its introduction at GCSE level, it has grown further in popularity. The successful candidate will be a highly competent and passionate teacher who is proficient at delivering the Economics curriculum at Key Stage 4 and 5. They will be committed not only to the academic achievements of our students but also the pastoral support and personal development of their students in line with our school aims.

St George's School is a fully co-educational Independent School for children from ages 3 to 18. It is situated in Edgbaston, Birmingham, and has around 400 pupils on its roll. Entry to the Senior School is through assessment and St George’s offers Academic and Music Scholarships for gifted children.
St George’s was established as a charitable trust in 1999 and it is proud to be Birmingham’s first all-through independent school from nursery to sixth form. It is situated on Calthorpe Estate, among landscaped gardens.
