Teacher of ELAR - Secondary

Job Description

  • Plan, set, and deliver standards for learning.
  • Prepare and support critical thinking for students in the classroom.
  • Establish classroom management utilizing positive coaching.
  • Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
  • Understanding of academic, social, and behavioral needs and characteristics of high-level students.
  • Establish links with the parent community to ensure that parents are kept well informed about student progress.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in English Literature or English Language
  • High level of English proficiency required
  • Experienced in teaching English as First Language for IGCSE and A/AS Level students in private or international school
  • Experienced with Cambridge International Curriculum and have experience with Cambridge Checkpoint
  • Proven ability to develop successful academic programs
