COBHAM HALL – The Perfect Surroundings for Growing and Learning

At Cobham Hall, we provide a secure but challenging environment which stimulates confident thinking and a strong sense of enquiry. Small classes ensure that every student is supported according to her needs, and high standards of teaching and learning ensure consistently good results in public examinations.

We believe that young people should be prepared for real life by offering them challenges, adventure and opportunities for leadership and initiative. Freedom of thought and speech is encouraged, and students are taught to appreciate the importance of self-discipline, and to value the history and culture of others. They learn that democracy means being responsible for others as well as oneself, and girls in all year groups take an active part in the management of the school.

The size of our school means that staff and students get to know each other well, and have time to talk and listen to one another.
