We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Science to cover Maternity Leave of one of our teaching staff. Our Science department, which consists of Biology, Chemistry and Physics has a team of dedicated, lively and innovative teachers who all work collaboratively with each other. Their strength as a team has led to excellent results over a sustained period. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about their subject, who will be able to work within a team-centred approach. There is potential for teaching at all levels to be offered. We are able to offer our ECT programme (our partner is Ambition) to relevant candidates.
Bungay High School Academy is a thriving and successful school situated in a pleasant rural area. We are 20 miles from Norwich and 15 miles from the delightful heritage coast. Bungay High School is a co-educational secondary school with academy status in Bungay, Suffolk. It caters for children aged 11-18.
The school, originally Bungay Grammar School, became Bungay High School in 1974. A range of academic and vocational and academic qualifications are offered in its sixth form.
