​We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can: 

  • Be responsible for the learning and achievements, promoting good progress and outcomes for all pupils. 
  • ​Set high expectations which inspire, motivate, and challenge all pupils. 
  • ​Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision and ethos of Abacus Belsize. 
  • Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community. 

​We want to hear from you if: 

·                  If you have excellent up to date curriculum knowledge 

·                 ​Demonstrate a strong understanding of how pupils learn and are able to adapt teaching to meet their needs. 

·                  Have a passion for pupils’ educational achievements and understand the importance of effective behaviour management. 

·                  Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision and ethos of Abacus Belsize
