Teaching Assistant

A professional who is compassionate, nurturing, dynamic and enthusiastic who can compliment our rapidly expanding staff team. A professional who is able to work with students who come from incredibly challenging backgrounds but who knows how to support and engage them to achieve.

We are a recognised alternative provision who partners with the local authority and secondary schools / academies, however the work will not be limited to just secondary age students as our provision expands in to the primary sector also.

This position is for a professional who can help us deliver unique learning journeys for all students, can foster a caring and nurturing relationship with students and their families and put the child's needs at the centre of everything they do.
