Team Leader of Maths

The Quest Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate Team Leader Maths to lead further improvements in our Faculty

We believe that by creating the opportunity and environment in which staff can flourish, students will flourish too. Every member of staff is allocated an hour every week on their timetable to devote solely to improving their own teaching practice. This is in addition to our regular staff development, NPQs, MA and other courses on offer.

The Quest Maths team is very strong and delivers consistently high standards - at both GCSE and A-Level. The Faculty is well established and an area of excellent practice. The Maths team has a range of colleagues in terms of experience and also consists of two coordinators and a Lead Practitioner, who you will work alongside to help deliver excellent pedagogy. The Maths Faculty is a fantastic place to accelerate the development of your own teaching skills, and share ideas on what makes outstanding learning.
