Work Experience Officer

We are excited to share that we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Work Experience Officer to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of our students by coordinating meaningful work experience opportunities that complement their academic studies.

You will collaborate with local businesses, employers, and community partners to secure placements, ensuring that students gain invaluable insights and skills in their chosen fields. Your passion for student development and your ability to build strong relationships will be key as you guide students through their work experience journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of young people and contribute to their success beyond the classroom.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, strong communication skills, and be confident using Excel and Access. Due to the nature of this role it is important the successful candidate holds the ability to analyse and interpret data.

To be successful you will have or be working towards a GCSE Grade A-C or 4 or above in English and Maths.
